A versatile, flavorful green sauce. Great to pair with fish, meat or eggs.  Use as a dipping sauce for vegetables, chips or bread or in pasta, tacos, or soups.

  • I like fusion food, so last St. Patrick's Day, I created what I call "Leprechauntons" -  They are wonton wrappers filled with a combination of shredded corned beef and cole slaw mix (bag of cabbage and carrots) which have been tossed in a horseradish ground mustard. Fold closed and fry, and serve with 1000 Island dressing as a dip. It's kind of like a Reuben, almost, but bite size. :)
