Cilantro is one life's most unique flavors nothing is comparable, even the seeds 'Coriander' dose not possess it's aromatic taste and fragrance.!

Kaukab hates everything about cilantro, but her daughter swears by it (not at it) in all things salsa, be it mango, traditional mex, and guacamole. I really like adding it to tuna pasta salad and a chicken salad that I make with a curry-lime-mayo base dressing. Nice recipes, guys! Kaukab's daughter
  • We're with you, Kevin. This site is terrible. Even the set-up of this page is terrible. I miss the old Foodbuzz and the community that went with it.

Hi everybody!!! you can read my blog; http://dacyalisan.blogspot.com  too many different cultures and mix recipes...
  • It's funny how people either love it or hate it.  I'm for sure a cilantro lover.  Check out Cilantro Madness recipes at http://www.semiblonde.com/2012...
  • I'm working up a healthy disrespect for the revamped buzz as a blogger who took part often in Food Buzz. I have contacted dailybuzz 3 times to seek help because I can't log in (only via Facebook) and then I can only comment because my account has not been ported to the new site.So far I have had not one reply. You can just sub parsley. I know several cilantro haters. It is bizarre, but hey, I hate sweet potatoes and okra, no matter how they are served. So I understand!

I don't use Cilantro, I don't like the way it tastes or smells.  If I have a recipe that calls for it I substitute parsley instead.
  • EVERYTHING! Cilantro is the perfect garnish to enhance taste, in my opinion. For example, http://mykitchenfixation.com/t...

Thanks for featuring my dish!  :)  Great way to celebrate my son's sixth birthday!  Headed to make some sprinkle covered pancakes.  But, first...coffee and lots of it!!!  http://food.dailybuzz.com/blog...   p.s. For those that find cilantro too strong, I like to cut it with another herb like basil or parsley.
  • Not to use it... I'm one of those people that don't care for cilantro.  I wish I could eat it because there are so many foods these days with cilantro. :(  All the above recipes look delicious.  sigh...
