Figs are amazing every way possible.  My favorite is 1/2 a fig wrapped with proscuitto, goat cheese and arugula.  The perfect bite with wine.

I really love this foods. I'm starting to study how to make this fabulous designs in figs.

The only time I used figs was in a smoothie, that was pretty good. Apart from this, I used to love them fresh, when I was little.
