  • My kids love chili.  But it's meatless, which is not how I grew up enjoying it.  My son doesn't like the texture of ground meat in things, so I adapted my mother's recipe to use lentils, eggplant, zucchini and bulgur in place of the meat.  It's a favourite with all of us.
